These Terms of Service govern your use of ClarityTV, a per-minute telephone reading service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“ClarityTV”, “we”, “us”). By adding a balance, placing a call, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use ClarityTV.

You must be 18 or older

ClarityTV is for adults only. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. We ask you to confirm your age before you browse the site and again before your first payment. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and refund any unused balance. See our Age Verification Policy.

What ClarityTV is — and what it is not

ClarityTV connects you by telephone with readers who offer psychic, tarot, astrological and similar readings. Everything offered through ClarityTV is for entertainment purposes only. No reading is a professional service, a prediction of fact, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Readers do not give legal, medical, financial, tax, or psychological advice, and you agree not to ask them to. If your question needs one of those, please speak to a licensed professional. Your account and your phone number

Your ClarityTV account is tied to the phone number you give us. Your balance, your call history and your charges all sit on that number, so keep it accurate and let us know if it changes. You are responsible for anything done through your number, including calls placed by anyone you allow to use your phone.

Do not use a number you are not entitled to use. We may refuse service, close an account, or reverse a balance if we believe a number was given to us fraudulently.

Balance, rates and per-minute billing

ClarityTV is prepaid. You add a balance first, and calls are charged against it as you talk.

• Each reader sets their own rate, shown in US dollars per minute on their profile before you call.
• Before we connect you, we check that your balance covers at least the minimum call amount.
• While you are on the call, your balance is drawn down continuously at the reader’s rate. We bill for the connected talk time reported by our telephony provider.
• When roughly one minute of balance is left, you will hear a short spoken reminder so you can decide whether to add more or wrap up.
• When the balance runs out, the call ends. Your balance never goes negative and you are never billed for more than you have added.
• After each call we reconcile the charge against the duration reported by our telephony provider. If we charged more than the final duration warranted, the difference goes back onto your balance automatically.

Rates can change. Any change applies to calls placed after the new rate is published; a call already in progress finishes at the rate you were shown when it started.

Payments

Top-ups are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. By adding a balance you authorize the charge for the amount you selected and you confirm you are the authorized holder of the payment method.

Balance added to ClarityTV can be used only for readings on ClarityTV. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and is not a deposit or a stored-value instrument. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The readers

Readers are independent contractors, not employees of ClarityTV. They choose their own approach, their own style and their own rate. We do not control the content of a reading and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, accuracy or result.

Readers may end a call at any time, including if a caller is abusive, if the caller asks for advice the reader is not permitted to give, or if the caller appears to be under 18.

How you agree to behave

When you use ClarityTV you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse a reader or anyone on our support team;
• record a call without the reader’s consent;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to solicit anything unlawful;
• ask a reader for legal, medical, financial or psychological advice;
• attempt to obtain readings without paying, or to reverse charges you actually incurred;
• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use automated tools against it.

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules, and we may withhold a balance that we reasonably believe was funded fraudulently.

Calls may be recorded

Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, safety, billing disputes and legal compliance. Where the law of your state requires the consent of everyone on the call, your continued use of the service after this notice is your consent. What we do with recordings is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The ClarityTV name, site, text, design and software belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or our licensors. You may use the site to buy and receive readings; you may not copy, resell or republish our content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

ClarityTV is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular reader will be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] nor any reader is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to ClarityTV in the ninety (90) days before the claim arose.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], its officers, employees and readers from any claim arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Disputes

We would rather sort a problem out directly, so please contact us first at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. If we cannot resolve it, any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of ClarityTV will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION PROVIDER] under its consumer rules, seated in [CITY], [STATE]. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

You may reject this arbitration agreement by writing to us at the address below within thirty (30) days of first accepting these terms. Nothing here stops either of us from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use ClarityTV after a change means you accept the updated terms.
